February 4, 2013 - I have never been a pop (more like caffeine) drinker. I couldn't drink it for most of my life because of my heart. But I've been allowing myself to have a Diet Dr. Pepper on Fridays along with popcorn for breakfast (what a treat!). Let's just say that I notice a difference is my pep and step on those mornings. I think I could used to have a little pick-me-up each morning. Though, I'm not ready to commit to it yet - I still don't like the idea of so much caffeine or the aspartame...and I don't like coffee unless you add a bunch of calories and sugar. Ah, the dilemmas in life!
