This is just two days of daytime highs in the low 40's with nighttime temperatures still below freezing. Imagine what it is going to look like when all the snow melts and the spring rain comes. I think it is officially time to find my mud boots.
It's going to flood. Some people close to the river here have already moved out of the house. We are half expecting to move Dale's heifers to our pasture and maybe even Dale and Elaine staying with us. I told Jacq she could stay with us too. Even though her house will stay dry (it's up higher in the yard) she is more than likely going to get trapped there. And then hopefully the power won't go out. It's not looking good, but I guess all that is expecting the worst. Who knows?
Ew...I just hate mud. I'm glad that I'm not there having to deal with all that. I'm just hoping that it melts slow enough so that it doesn't flood.
